Musk is a successful entrepreneur and the 5th most powerful in the world. The South-African-born founder and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX is the world's wealthiest man. He has huge followers and has repeatedly taken advantage of that to throw his weight behind things he believes. The 51-year-old billionaire made the headlines in April when he moved to acquire Twitter for a whopping $44 billion, although the deal was recently terminated.
