Privacy features enabling WhatsApp users to manage their online presence and leave group chats secretly are coming to the application.
This is according to Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook post announcement today that the company is working on adding three more WhatsApp privacy features.
The features will include the one that allows participants to leave group chat secretly and the one that will enable users to control their presence. And the last one prevents screenshots of viewed once messages.
Currently, WhatsApp users cannot leave group chat secretly, but one of the incoming features will allow users to leave WhatsApp group chat without anybody noticing.
The second feature coming to WhatsApp is the one that would allow users to control their online presence. This is presently impossible, but it will become possible with the incoming feature.
